At Saphiraa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issue with your order, please review our exchange policy below.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges are accepted for:
    • Size or fitting issues
    • Damaged or defective products
    • Product exchange with another available item from our store

If the new product has a different price, the remaining balance will be either payable or adjusted accordingly.

To approve any exchange request, customers must provide:

  • A proper unboxing video
  • Clear product images showing the issue

Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Exchange Charges

  • We provide reverse pickup service for eligible exchange requests.
  • A ₹200 reverse pickup fee will apply.
  • Customers may also choose to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense.
  • If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area or pincode, self-shipping will be mandatory.

All exchanged items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags and packaging intact
