✅ Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
- Exchanges are accepted for:
- Size or fitting issues
- Damaged or defective products
- Product exchange with another available item from our store
If the new product has a different price, the remaining balance will be either payable or adjusted accordingly.
To approve any exchange request, customers must provide:
- A proper unboxing video
- Clear product images showing the issue
Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Exchange Charges
- We provide reverse pickup service for eligible exchange requests.
- A ₹200 reverse pickup fee will apply.
- Customers may also choose to self-ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense.
- If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area or pincode, self-shipping will be mandatory.
All exchanged items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
